Surprisingly this place isn't busy so I kept my expectations low. Kobe beef pho is super good here. The tender thinly sliced beef comes raw on its own plate. Toss all the meat in your soup bowl as soon as you get it if you want the beef well done. Otherwise it'll be about medium done if slowly added in your soup as you eat the noodles. Broth was good too. My hubby got the tai gau pho bowl and the tai was a bit chewy but he still enjoyed his bowl, but he will get the Kobe next time.

Give this place a try - no wait on a Friday night!

SCAM ALERT!!  Rotten Spring Rolls on take out!

Dont order their Spring rolls (shrimp and meat). They dont make them fresh, they seal them in saran wrap and likely leave them out in room temperature (the rice roll wraps gets hard in the refrigerator).  Problem is that shrimp if left out for a long period of time, they start to stink (and you can get sick too).   The first time this happened was probably last month, we ordered it and it reeked like shit when I opened the saran wrap. I just threw away the food.
It happened again today, especially when I told them to make fresh ones on order (WTF? freshness is a problem?), and they didn't do shit and gave us rotten shrimp spring rolls (plus the roll paper got stuck all together because it was pre-made too long ago.

If you guys cant make spring rolls on the spot, don't scam us and give us rotten spring rolls (those of us buying on Take Out).

I called in back and complained and they just pretend (or actually) dont understand what I'm saying. When I ordered their food, they were fine.

Bro, everything else so far is decent here. Just their scammer spring rolls.

Went on a friday night around 6p. Nobody in the restaurant... thought it was closed. Only reason we went is because they had beer for a change at a pho place.
Walk in and they have a big screen and they're playing some vietnamese movie. Volume so high i can barely hear my waiter talking to me. Whatever. Proceeded to order and tried their banh mi, shrimp pho, cha gio and dac biet.
Food has too much MSG. U know instantly when the pores of ur tongue start opening up after u start drinking their broth. I hadnt even dipped anythin in hoisin or sriracha.

They get 1 star for the beer they had.
Customer service and food was non existent

Saigon eden please get beer soon

I keep finding myself back here. The prices are good, the food is good, and there is never a line. I always order the egg rolls! So hot, crispy, and delicious! The fatty brisket in the pho is also yummy yummy! (Order #15!!) Try this place, seriously  :)

If you're craving Vietnamese food, you can't go wrong here.  The interior is mom 'n' pop meets sportsbar: tiny and not super impressive looking, but really, who cares if you want some good pho?   If you're not into the locals coming here to cheer loudly over a game play on the flat screen while you slurp your pho, then you might want to sit far away from the TV and off to the side, because the place really echoes if it's on the empty side. Friendly and courteous staff.  I received a recommendation from Yelp about this place, which is a bit far for me, so I'll at least know this is a good place to come to if I'm ever in the area.

We ordered the #1, #8, #11, egg rolls and a lemongrass chicken dish that is actually more like a spicy chicken curry dish with rice and soup.  Everything tasted great.  They also have a Kobe beef pho noodle soup I think, so maybe something worth trying!
